Pepper Plant Hot Greek Pepperoncini 4″
This Greece is sweet, crunchy and only mildly hot. Great for pickling, salads and salsas but tasty fresh too. The plants are prolific and productive, even in cooler, short-season areas, yielding fruits that grow to be about 4 in. long by 1 in. wide. Harvest the peppers when they are light yellow and 2 in. – 3 in. long. Certified Organic Seed. Start indoors in a warm, well-lighted area about 8 weeks before planting outdoors. Sow seed 1⁄4 in. deep into individual containers filled with seed starting formula. Keep moist. Before transplanting, move to a sheltered area outside for a week.
